4. Vendor Content and Responsibilities

Vendors may upload text, images, videos, and other promotional materials to their mini web pages. By submitting content, vendors grant Spotlight Directories a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on the Site for promotional and operational purposes.
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is:
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or suggestive
Violent, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive
Defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful
Related to illegal goods, counterfeit items, or scams
